Our tips

Parmi les meilleurs de sa génération sur les haies à trois ans puis sur le steeple à quatre ans, terminant deuxième du Maurice Gillois (Groupe I), Impressive a enchainé les pépins de santé depuis mais vient de faire une rentrée fracassante à Senonnes, en partant de loin. C’est une deuxième course après une réapparition, on peut bien évidemment avoir peur de ce fameux syndrome mais le pensionnaire d’Hector de Lageneste semble tellement au-dessus au papier, que l’on est obligés de le placer en tête de ce choix.
Bien que décevant par deux fois cette année, Euclide d’Emra ne doit pas être condamné, lui qui a quelques bonnes lignes à faire valoir. Pas plus sur sa fraicheur et sur les balais, il a peut-être de quoi faire galoper notre favori, à voir avec Saint Langis, qui ne court plus trop en obstacle actuellement mais y avait fait une pige plutôt correcte dans un bon lot à Lyon-Parilly durant le printemps ainsi que Giotto des Plachis, qui n’a clairement pas de marge de manœuvre mais fait généralement sa valeur et pourrait donc profiter d’une défaillance pour s’immiscer à l’arrivée.
