Our tips
Même s’il est toujours maiden, James découvre un engagement favorable dans ce tout petit lot et sur une piste qui devrait lui convenir. Le poulain a en effet quelques performances qui plaident en sa faveur et sera monté par Baptiste Le Clerc. Appliqué dans ses sauts, ce qui peut être son défaut, il est sûrement en mesure de franchir le poteau en tête.
La partie est évidemment loin d’être gagnée avec la présence de Typhoon Wilma, qui est peut-être un peu plus percutante sur les haies, en atteste sa récente deuxième place. Bien située en haut de tableau, sa place est à l’arrivée comme Ringo Star, qui n’a pas de marge de manœuvre mais qui a prouvé à Châteaubriant, que l’on pouvait compter avec lui dans les handicaps. Jugée sur ce qu’elle a fait de mieux, Alba Aurélia mérite également du crédit pour les petites places à l’instar de Lady of Castle, même si cette dernière n’a jamais vraiment confirmé sa deuxième place de Cagnes l’hiver dernier. Encore perfectible, Burrows Diane pourrait intéresser les amateurs d’outsiders.
