Sur la lancée de son superbe succès du 13 août sur ce parcours, Hapax ne nous surprendrait aucunement en doublant la mise aujourd'hui. Pour ce faire, le pensionnaire de Pierre Callier devra notamment devancer Himalaya Tonique, remarquée ici même dimanche et pieds nus cette fois, Horseris, qu'il convient de surveiller de très près pour son retour sur une piste en dur, et Hérode du Corta, capable de repartir de l'avant après deux disqualifications successives. Horus de Bomo, qui n'a pas démérité il y a quelques jours sur plus court, est un possible placé.
