Le Maiden des messieurs, très ouvert, et dans lequel, si Passepartout risque d’aller devant, on peut voir finir fort un élément comme Calon Lan qui n’a pas mal conclu du tout dans la course remportée par la prometteuse Julica à La Teste et qui, s’il est un peu moins pris de vitesse, pourrait jouer un tout premier rôle. Expérimenté et en forme, Derby Fast a des moyens et aura lui aussi une belle chance à défendre, alors que Foehn, qui découvre la distance, devra tout de même prouver sa tenue mais ne partira pas battu d'avance pour un bon résultat.
