Une Classe 2 bien difficile à déchiffrer, dans laquelle on peut tout de même tenter la candidature de Sahara Mist, qui s’est bien acclimatée à la France, avec une belle troisième place et une victoire sur un parcours de tenue à Toulouse. Ce vendredi, elle revient sur plus court mais cela ne devrait pas la déranger. Dans ce lot moyen, c’est une belle chance.
La menace pourrait venir de Syrakus, qui vient de se révéler pleinement à Fontainebleau, s’envolant après avoir mené les débats. L’opposition est plus forte cette fois mais une confirmation est tout de même attendue. Assez enthousiasmante lors de ses deux premières sorties, plaçant une jolie accélération à chaque fois, A Cannes a été un peu convaincante à Clairefontaine, la pouliche montrant peut-être ses limites ce jour-là mais on ne peut pas l’éliminer totalement ici. Même si elle semble barrée pour la victoire, Coco du Haut fait toutes ses courses et peut donc ambitionner un accessit.
