Our tips

On débute cette réunion initialement prévue à Mont-de-Marsan par un handicap sur les haies, dans lequel Glasgow du Berlais s’annonce redoutable. Certes, le cheval de l’écurie Lageneste/Macaire a surtout couru sur le steeple mais il avait quelques bonnes choses sur les balais en début de carrière et découvre un bel engagement dans cette épreuve. S’il n’est pas trop pris de vitesse, il doit être en mesure de parvenir à ses fins.
Malgré le poids et une mauvaise tentative sur ce tracé au mois de décembre, Saint Sire mérite un assez large crédit ce dimanche, James Reveley étant appelé à la rescousse. Peut-être aussi percutant que par le passé mais ayant terminé son meeting d’hiver par une prestation encourageante, le vaillant Lyon Clermont aura son mot à dire pour le podium comme Hayao, pas toujours facile à cerner mais dépendant d’une écurie à suivre. On prend donc le risque de ne pas retenir la spécialiste des lieux Ite Missa Est mais si la piste est lourde comme annoncée, cela ne sera pas forcément à son goût.
