Our tips

Un joli duel s’annonce dans cette Classe 1 entre Vertbois, qui a mis un peu de temps à trouver le chemin du succès mais qui vient de s’imposer par deux fois facilement et l’invaincue Louise Procter, qui doit attendre dans un parcours mais qui n’a pour l’instant pas montré ses limites. La balance penchera un peu en faveur du poulain, qui a l’avantage d’être en forme avancée mais l’ordre inverse est tout à fait envisageable.
Ce combat pourrait être arbitré par Jasna’s Secret, qui avait fait forte impression lors de ses deux premières sorties avant de tenter sa chance, sans succès, dans les « Cheveley Park Stakes » (Groupe I) à Newmarket. C’est une rentrée, sur plus long, à voir comment elle aura évoluer mais il faut bien évidemment lui accorder un large crédit. Fort plaisante à la fin du printemps l’an dernier, Flers n’a pas été revue depuis et abordera cette distance pour la première fois mais faire sans elle serait risqué. Enfin, on complètera ce choix avec Gold Index, qui avait terminé son année de deux ans sur une troisième place dans le Prix de Condé (Groupe III). On aurait aimé qu’il ait des engagements classiques mais sur son expérience, un accessit reste envisageable.
