Redescendu de plusieurs étages, Ino de Brévol trouve ici une belle occasion de renouer avec les bonnes performances, même s'il va lui falloir se montrer sage pour espérer jouer la victoire et dominer Hélia de Bruyère, laquelle vient de plutôt bien se comporter sur l'anneau de Vivaux, montrant sa forme, qui lui confère ici une belle carte à jouer. Sur la pente ascendante et plaqué des antérieurs, contrairement à ses sorties précédentes, Hermès du Domaine sera ensuite préféré à Idylle de Cahot, qui a son mot à dire, même pour le succès, jugée sur ce qu'elle a réalisé de mieux. Hellu Danepierre, bien engagé, et Honorine Nay sont des trublions en puissance.
