Reprenons la ligne du 21 juillet, sur le parcours des 2.650 mètres de cet hippodrome, où Lasko des Forges dominait avec une certaine facilité la situation devant Lord la Gaucherie. Les paramètres évoluent considérablement, puisque le second nommé va s’élancer avec un avantage initial cette fois, en plus d’être muni de plaques aux antérieurs pour la première fois. Malgré tout, nous pensons que le même ordre est possible. Contrairement à sa récente troisième place, Lanciano sera allégé des postérieurs, en plus d’être confié à David Békaert. Sa chance est donc évidente. Le Grand Bornand, qui a déjà affronté des oppositions supérieures à celle-ci, sera vu ensuite devant la brave Lady Stryck, qui va s’essayer totalement allégée.
