Our tips

C’est ouvert dans ce maiden pour poulains de deux ans mais on peut toutefois se laisser tenter par la candidature de Burhan, qui a bien débuté dans l’important Prix de Crèvecoeur en début de meeting, sur une distance peut-être longue pour lui. Sans doute perfectible, il pourrait se révéler pleinement dès ce mardi.
Très bon troisième l’autre jour, face à des éléments qui avaient déjà couru, et engagé dans le Prix Jean-Luc Lagardère (Groupe I), Ironico est sans doute un poulain estimé par Fabrice Chappet, une confirmation est donc attendue ici. Tombé sur le prometteur Sir Tommy Cen à Dieppe, Goncora a toutefois laissé une belle impression et dépend en plus d’une écurie où les jeunes pousses progressent beaucoup sur leurs premiers pas, mieux vaut donc s’en méfier. Présenté par la redoutable Amy Murphy, Kildonan débarque en France avec des ambitions, tandis que Pokrov sera surveillé avec attention, lui qui n’a pas pu bénéficier d’un très bon parcours à La Teste mais a tout de même bien tenu sa partie. Ne débutant pas dans un tel lot sans prétention, Benny The Waiter sera notre principal regret.
