Le régulier Kéops de Jumilly, de nouveau pieds nus, s'annonce redoutable dans cette épreuve. Toutefois, Kelly du Menil, au mieux comme en attestent ses deux premières tentatives de l'année, devrait apporter au pensionnaire de Guillaume Beaufils une belle réplique en compagnie de Karat Cool, qui ne doit surtout pas être condamnée sur sa récente disqualification (avait encore d'évidentes ressources au moment de sa faute). Kaline d'Erpion, auteure d'une excellente rentrée sur cette piste au mois de mars après une longue absence, Kelas du Cébé, en progrès et Kohana, en net regain de forme, viendront en léger retrait. Kelle, sur sa fraîcheur et Kamalis, en retard de gains, constituent des outsiders très séduisants.
