Proche de son meilleur niveau avec désormais deux parcours dans les jambes cette saison, bien engagé au plafond des gains et déferré des quatre pieds, Jappeloup Turgot est en mesure de signer une performance de choix à l'issue de cette épreuve, support du très spéculatif Z5. On lui opposera principalement Impulse Julry, qui aligne les bonnes performances dans l'ensemble et Just d'Eronville, revenu au mieux comme en témoigne son récent succès acquis sur ce tracé. Jakabino, en forme et performant sur cet anneau, Hérode du Corta, sur la bonne voie et Hawk des Loises, en progrès et bien placé au premier échelon, viendront sur une deuxième ligne. L'expérimentée Javanaise Turgot et l'utile Hélia de Bruyère séduiront les amateurs d'outsiders.
