THINGAMABOB was slightly disappointing when only 6th over 1400m recently after a close-up debut 2nd over 1250m. However, she was awkwardly drawn last time and could be worth another chance. Familiar foe ALEX MILLER finished 0.70 lengths ahead of the former and is better off on these revised weight terms so she is given the nod, especially with the likelihood of improvement in a first-time tongue-tie. WILD APPLAUSE, MEG'S LEGACY and ALESSIA ASHEVILLE have the form and experience to acquit themselves competitively and could make life difficult for the market principals. CAPE CAPTAIN comes next.
