Après des débuts très prometteurs pour l'entraînement d'Alexandre Buisson, Imhotep Madrik a ensuite confirmé de la plus belle manière, s'imposant en roue libre sur l'hippodrome de Strasbourg. Sur sa lancée, il peut doubler la mise. L'opposition principale se nomme Jolie Indienne, seulement plaquée des quatre pieds, mais capable du meilleur si elle est bien disposée, bien qu'ayant été quelque peu décevante en ce début d'année. Indissociables au papier, les droitiers Jaguar de Rozevic, Jewelkim et Jaguar d'Erable ne sont pas hors d'affaires au premier poteau. Jugés sur leur meilleure valeur, Judy Matidy et Joia du Citrus pourraient jouer les trouble-fête.
