Il devra sortir le grand jeu pour se défaire de More And More, fautif à la sortie du tournant final dans le Prix de Gien (Groupe III) à Vincennes, et de Magic Love, qui reste sur sa victoire dans le Prix Hesperia à Vincennes. Il ne faudra pas négliger la candidature de Mad Of You, qui reste sur deux succès à Caen et à Vincennes, ni celle de Major Meslois, très performant corde à droite. Citons enfin Molly Du Vallon, une nouvelle fois confiée à Franck Nivard, et My Name Is Bond, qui devra prendre le bon wagon avec David Thomain à son sulky !
