Effectuant son parcours au sein du peloton, cet élève de Jérôme Delaunay est venu se porter en 2ème position, avec des ressources visiblement, dans le tournant final, et s'apprêtait à attaquer les animateurs lorsqu'il n'a pu s'empêcher d'éjecter son jockey, suite à une faute, au moment du franchissement du moyen open-ditch (tombé). N'était pas battu, même pour la victoire, à cet instant du parcours... Un favori battu mais une ''note'' encourageante pour l'avenir !
