Avant-dernière étape avant le Critérium des 4 ans, le Prix Phaéton devrait tomber dans l’escarcelle du nouveau chef de file, Jushua Tree. Bien que plus confirmé sur la tenue, il a surclassé ses adversaires sur ce parcours le 25 juin. Jack Tonic, qui a dû se contenter de l’accessit d’honneur lors de ses trois dernières sorties, essaiera de poursuivre sa série. Justin Bold a dicté sa loi en patron dans le Prix de Milan à Enghien. Il a gagné en vitesse et va tenter de confirmer ici. Just A Gigolo n’a pas eu la bonne course en dernier lieu sur le plateau de Soisy et ne doit pas être condamné trop vite. Josh Power évolue sur la montante cet été. Juninho Dry va encore tout donner et lutter activement pour les places.
