Irréprochable depuis qu'il a rejoint les boxes de Pierre-Yves Verva, pour lequel la piste du Croisé Laroche n'a aucun secret, Hold Up du Saptel s'annonce difficile à battre, même si Hollywood Bond, capable d'imprimer un train d'enfer à l'épreuve, nanti de ses vingt-mètres d'avance, s'annonce comme un sérieux rival. Manquant parfois de souplesse, Gold d'Ecroville peut aussi aller très loin s'il parvient à prendre les commandes de l'épreuve. Auteure d'une splendide fin de course début mai à Laon, For Loving You peut mettre tout le monde d'accord à condition de préserver sa pointe de vitesse. Citons ensuite Guignol de Chardet, les pensionnaires de Philippe Daugeard affichant une forme ascendante, Happy Atout, à la musique sans fausse note, ou Go Chicago pour pimenter les rapports des jeux de combinaison.
