Particulièrement plaisante lors de son succès du 9 juillet sur ce parcours, Lovely Face nous paraît capable de doubler la mise dans cette épreuve. Les principales rivales de la protégée de Louis Baudron seront sans doute Lavama, présentée sans ses quatre chaussures pour son premier objectif de l'été, Little Wing Blues, qui a réussi une jolie réapparition le 11 juillet dans le Var, Lovictory Williams, en bonne condition physique actuellement, et Liberté du Rib, excellente finisseuse derrière la précitée le 19 juillet. Léna d'Héripré, la plus forte en début de mois sur l'hippodrome de Feurs, méritent elles aussi une mention.
