Our tips

Lauréat dès ses premiers pas en compétition, en plat, durant le mois de mai à Vichy, Bandjo n’a pas totalement confirmé sur les obstacles mais ses deux sorties dans la discipline ne sont pas si mauvaise, notamment sa plus récente à Fontainebleau, le poulain ayant terminé dans une action intéressante en retrait. Dans ce lot de moyenne facture, il pourrait se révéler pleinement.
Sans avoir réussi à terminer sur le podium jusqu’à présent, The Big Ticket semble toutefois sur la bonne voie, en atteste sa fin de course encourageante à Fontainebleau. Associé à James Reveley ce mercredi, il conduira l’opposition en compagnie du « demi-sang » Makao’k, qui a échoué pour sa seule sortie sur les balais, à Auteuil, mais n’a pas été ridicule par deux fois en plat. Redescend de catégorie ici, il mérite d’être cité parmi les candidats aux bonnes places, à l’image d’Ades, qui a terminé loin dans le Prix Emilius, couru sur une piste profonde ce jour-là, mais lui aussi va s’attaquer à moins forte partie et on peut imaginer que David Cottin aura à cœur de faire briller la casaque de son nouveau propriétaire Pierre Mbappé. Sans être un champion, Canonbie Lad a le profil pour bien faire Cagnes, mieux vaut donc ne pas l’oublier au moment du choix comme Pyravol Laujac, présenté par un homme très souvent en réussite sur la Côte d’Azur et Zunder, pas incapable de surprendre s’il se montre moins brillant qu’à Nancy.
