Bien engagée au plafond des gains et confiée à Eric Raffin, la bonne droitière Iroise de Madker trouve ici une très belle occasion de renouer avec la victoire. Néanmoins, elle trouvera sur son chemin la douée mais délicate Idole Jallerie, avec qui tout sera encore une question de sagesse, mais qui a, en classe pure, largement la pointure d'une telle épreuve. Houston de Cuigny, à ne surtout pas condamner sur son récent échec, sera ensuite préféré à Ienisse de Barbray, second atout de la famille Mallet. Hawai de Kerléan donne toujours son maximum et semble être une sérieuse prétendante aux places. En tête, Idéal de Baulon et Irish Mabon tenteront de tirer leur épingle du jeu.
