En pleine possession de ses moyens actuellement et invaincu en deux tentatives cette année, Leader Boy, associé à Eric Raffin, va tenter de poursuivre sur sa lancée. Pour cela, il devra notamment dominer Love Feeling, lequel va néanmoins devoir composer avec son numéro peu favorable derrière la voiture. Le délicat Lukabel n'est pas dénué de qualité, mais il reste spécial et pas forcément évident à utiliser en compétition. Lucky du Minon, certainement préparé avec soin pour ce bel engagement et confié à "Francky la main froide", viendra ensuite devant Lucky des Gaudines et Lancelot du Chenin.
